This internship is designed for people who want real engineering exposure, not observation hours. ### **The Role** Are you someone who naturally keeps things organized, follows through on tasks, and enjoys coordinating between people and processes? Do you enjoy working with data, documentation, reporting, and operational workflows? As a Business Operations Intern, you will support multiple business functions including HR operations, attendance and payroll coordination, procurement, documentation management, finance support, and internal communications. This role combines operational coordination, reporting, administrative support, and analytical thinking into one dynamic opportunity. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable handling both desk-based and on-ground operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask efficiently, maintain accurate records, communicate clearly across departments, and use modern tools to improve workflow efficiency.
