This internship is designed for people who want real engineering exposure, not observation hours. ### **The Role** Were you the one organizing group projects while everyone else panicked? The person who naturally kept timelines, people, and ideas aligned? Your coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills may just be in luck. As mentioned above, we focus on crafting great digital experiences. We’re looking for people who can bring structure to creativity — individuals who can collaborate across teams, manage workflows efficiently, and ensure projects move smoothly from idea to delivery. For us, great project managers are proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and people-focused. This role combines project coordination, communication, and operational thinking into one. We’re looking for an intern who can hit the ground running, take initiative, think critically, and use modern tools — including AI — to improve productivity and workflows, not replace human judgment. We value ownership. We value clarity. We value logical thinking. You’ll be embedded within our game and engineering teams, learning our end-to-end product workflow from rapid ideation to final delivery, while contributing to real projects and real decisions. This is not a “shadow someone” internship. You’ll help coordinate tasks, facilitate communication, track progress, solve bottlenecks, and ensure teams stay aligned and productive. ### **What You'll Do** - Support project planning, execution, and delivery - Coordinate with developers, QA, designers & stakeholders - Assist in running daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives and other Scrum Artifacts - Manage task tracking via Plane & ClickUp - Assist in requirement gathering (user stories, BRD, SRS) - Monitor KPIs, timelines & team performance - Support testing, deployment & release coordination ### **We're Looking For** - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to coordinate tasks, priorities, and communication across teams - Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or modern project management workflows - Familiarity with project management or productivity tools such as ClickUp, Plane, Jira, Notion, Trello, or equivalent - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to maintain clear documentation - Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality — you thrive under deadlines - Empathy and strong interpersonal skills - Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional team environments - Curious about AI tools and willing to integrate them thoughtfully into your workflow - Ability to take initiative, ownership, and make decisions proactively - Second-year, Third-year, or final-year student (CS, Software Engineering, Business, Project Management, Product Design, Media Sciences, or related field) or a fresh graduate ### **Nice to Have** - Experience leading university projects, societies, events, or student teams - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies - Experience using tools like ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Trello, Plane, or similar platforms - Strong documentation or report-writing skills - Experience conducting interviews, coordinating with teams, or handling client/stakeholder communication - Curiosity about AI-powered productivity and workflow tools - Written blogs, reflective journals, or long-form writing samples - Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environments - Experience working on collaborative digital, technical, or creative projects ### **What You'll Get** - A monthly stipend. This is a paid internship. - Hands-on experience managing real projects and workflows within your first few weeks - Mentorship from fast-moving product, engineering, and design teams - Exposure to a full product studio environment: project management, design, engineering, client communication, and delivery - Practical experience with Agile workflows, sprint planning, stakeholder coordination, and product operations - A portfolio of real contributions and shipped work you can confidently showcase in future interviews - A potential full-time offer if you stand out ## Jobs API Filters - `q` - `status` - `department`
